When should I contact you to discuss the flowers for my event?
It depends on your wedding date. For the busiest times of year (May/June and September/October) the earlier you contact us the better. 8-10 months before your wedding date is usually sufficient to secure our services. Quite often our clients will contact us to begin the process up to 12 months before the event. Because we book an extremely limited number of events don’t put off calling us too long!

How does delivery of the flowers work? The personal flowers The day of your wedding we will deliver your personal flowers where you and your bridal party are getting ready for the big day .Ceremony & Reception about two hours prior to the wedding. all the floral pieces will get properly set at the venue so the only thing you have to do is relax and enjoy the party !!.
How do I determine a floral budget? For a very general idea of floral costs you can plan on spending about 15-20% of your total wedding budget on flowers.

Hamptons Weddings & Events offers 9 design packages ranging from $215 to $ 2,880 depending on the size of your wedding party. These packages are designed for those brides who are looking for a beautiful floral presentation while staying within a budget.

Will you write up an itemized contract of what we've discussed?
After you booked with us we will e-mail you a wedding contract .Four weeks before the wedding a follow-up consultation can be scheduled. Any adjustments to the contract will be discussed. The delivery time line will be finalized. Final payment on the floral balance is due at this time.
How soon do I need to put down a deposit to reserve your services? What is the minimum deposit?
Because we book a maximum of two weddings per weekend, our calendar fills very quickly. For that reason, we request a $ 500.00 or 50% (for wedding orders less than $1000.) non-returnable retainer to reserve a specific date and time for your wedding. This fee will be credited to the final total balance due of your wedding flowers. Certain types of rental equipment may require additional refundable deposits, which will be outlined to you at the time of your initial conference. All dates are reserved on a first come first booked basis.
